Production process of G10/FR4/G11 Tubes

Thermosetting plastic G10 FR4 tubing are divided into three stages in the processing process: A, B and C.

A-Stage refers to the key raw materials-reinforcing substrate and resin binder.

B-stage refers to the product generated when the strengthened base material and the resin binder are gathered together but not completely healed. The reinforcing substrate is spread out from a large main roll and then involved in a storage tank of melted resin adhesive. Strengthened substrates end up being saturated, as in the case of absorbent paper and cotton cloth, or coatings, such as glass and graphite cloth.
