S9 type oil immersed transformers is based on the summary of the design experience of S7 Series transformer products. It puts increasing product function, improving product level and improving product reliability first. Product features

A S9 type oil immersed transformer oil tank: it adopts corrugated oil tank with fully sealed structure. Corrugated plate wall has two functions of heat dissipation and expansion. Corrugated plate wall expands automatically with the change of temperature, load and transformer oil temperature in the oil tank. The expansion function of corrugated plate wall is more than 10000 times, which ensures complete isolation of transformer oil and air, and does not need maintenance during the service life of transformer.

B safety protection: all sealed transformers are equipped with pressure relief valve, which expands the application scope of pressure relief valve and increases the effective safety protection of products.

C tap changer: a new type of double sealed vertical switch is adopted to improve the sealing performance of the switch.

D box fastener: the new type of loose curtain is adopted to ensure that the transformer body is not loose during transportation.

E connection between transformer body and tank cover: the structure of hanging plate belt is adopted to ensure that the transformer body can fall to the ground and the tank cover can not be pushed.

Before the installation of F S9 oil immersed transformer, screw the nut at the top of the open air plug to check the oil level. If the oil level is less than 50 mm, fill the transformer oil with the same oil number to the top 30 mm.
